Rear roller for Kraftmaid Clermont Kitchen drawer

Unfortunately, we don't have anything like the roller you're showing me here. I'm also not familiar with the Kraftmaid brand name. Would you be able to just replace the wheel and reuse the housing? If so, let me know its diameter and thickness. I could try to see if we have anything in the same size.
