Broken and needing new on to hold the sliding tray inside cabinet of my new house

Hey there. See the 32-119 Drawer Sockets. If the size of the gap that accepts the track is comparable, these should work for you. They are mounted with screws, so you'll need to find a way to adapt these to the back of your cabinet.
