Rebuild parts Milgard

I want to rebuild all my windows and need replacement parts. The side springs or balancer shows stamp (31 3 B.S.I RA) I don't have every size yet but wondering if this is a good place to start. I just need parts to rebuild the sides of the windows. Probably made in or around 2005. Thanks.

Thanks for writing in! I am sure we can provide you with a recommendation for your balances; although, I will need to see a photo of them, removed from the window, to identify the right replacement. The stamps from the balances will only indicate the weight range the balance should be able to support, it cannot be used to identify the exact series you need.
