Rebuild windows

Contractor from Bordentown, NJ
There are two windows that I would like to rebuild. I'm hoping to order the IGU for both, if you stock them.
IGU: Sash measures 33-1/2" wide x 29 1/2" tall. Divided lite grid is 10" wide x 13" tall.
Other parts: Center latch, tilt clean latch, red-end balance, if possible some form of cut-to-fit weather strip that I could glue to the bottom of the sash.

Hey there,

Thanks for writing in! I'm sorry to say that we do manufacture or sell sashes. We do not carry the framing, the grid, or the glass panels.

We are happy to identify and supply you with the replacements for the hardware, but you may want to speak with the window manufacturer first to determine what replacements might be included with the replacement sashes; especially the weather stripping.

If you would still like to order the replacements, there are a few pieces of information I'll need to identify each.

  1. In regard to the sweep locks, I'll need to know the distance between the installation holes, from center to center, and the backset measurement. The backset measurement would be from the center of the screw hole to the back of the sweep lock that sits against the window.
  2. For the tilt latches we can start with the length and width of the latch. From there we can narrow down which replacement might be the best fit.
  3. For both the balances and the weather stripping, you will need to remove these so that you can obtain the correct measurements. I've included two videos below that detail the information we would need to properly identify the replacements you need.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you, Jasmine.

Before I do anything else, I'll look at the videos above.

Thank you,
