Recent Order for Window Balancers

Hi Swisco,

I recently purchased window balancers from your website on Oct. 14, 2014. S385-33. I need to order additional balancers, but forgot the weight of the spring, which is needed for me to order additional balancers. I know the Swisco part number was #S385-33: 33" Series 385 Channel Balance. Please confirm back to me what was the weight and the correct part number associated, so I can order additional balancers.

Hey, Brenna. Looks like you ordered these balances with a 3260 stamp option. Keep in mind that not all sashes have the same weight, however. It may be a good idea to double check that, just in case.
