Recommendation for replacement window channel

We can help supply your balance but this will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. Before we proceed, can you tell me how many you'll need? I can draft a price quote for the desired quantity once I know that. 

These can't be replaced with another balance, unfortunately. I don't personally know how this type of balance is installed but I'm going to have one of our senior experts take a look and see if they can offer insight on the installation process. We'll reach out to you via this discussion thread the moment we have more information.

To remove the old balancers, first tilt in the sash and hold it in place while you unscrew the clips that hold the cord to the window track. With both clips removed, swing the left side of the sash up to unhook the pivot in the track, then the right side out. Carefully lay the sash on a flat surface and remove the 1" screw from the top of the balance and a 2" screw on the bottom. 

To install the new balance, first screw the top of the balance to the sash and then the bottom screw. If the cord retracted inside the balance, pull on the clip about 1/2 up the sash and pull it to the side to lock it in place. Place the sash pivots into the track, hold the sash horizontally while screwing in the metal clips in the track. Bring up the sash and snap in the top tilts into the track. Move the sash down and up to engage and unlock the balance cords.
