Recommendations on proper window channel balance

Hello,

I was looking for some help to find out what type of window channel balance I would need. The current channel balances have the following stamped on the rail: 2620 FA BSI.
This is for a Value Window that is 28.5" with a channel balance that is 25" long.

Thanks for writing in. Can you remove the balance from the window and show us any attachments or fittings on either end? Can you also confirm the metal channel length? It would be a little unusual to have a balance stamped 2620, but be just 25" long. Many thanks.
