Red Tip on 39-378 Skylight Operator

Question

I have your Sklylight Operator that I ordered but it only has a red plastic tip that does not match either of my two cranks.  They appear to be a hex socket and are too large for the plastic tip.  Do you have adapters?

Whoops. That's actually packaging that you're seeing! We wrap the operator like that for shipping. Try removing the red cap. It will reveal a metal spindle.
