Nuair window balances

I have Nuair windows and they all need new balances and the top plastic piece that is on the top of each side of the window, there are 6 windows. I can send you pictures of the balancer and the plastic pieces that are on top of each window, plus the top latches to hold the windows closed I need 12 balances I need 6 top latches I need 6 left and 6 right top pieces the are on the window. Who do I email the pictures of the balances and other items?

Based on your pictures, I would recommend our S385-25 channel balance and 18-178 top sash guide pair. Look this hardware over and let me know what you think.

What about the window lock for the top of the moveable window, I sent pictures?

Hi Dave,
We did not get the sash lock photos however, I did find another discussion for similar hardware and they used the 90-005, window lock. Take a look and compare it to your own. Let us know how you make out!
