Pics to illustrate what I need to source for replacement!!

Maybe Andersen brand? Others in our building are, this one I don't see a brand name on. Numbers are for what I can access.

Operator base mechanism # C-9400-1; crank arm # 136158ST (A?) + 1361356WH (below upper #, not entirely legible); operator arm # 1521101.

I have pictures I can send you if those would help!!

Thanks for posting. Those codes are associated with our 39-099 Andersen Awning Operator Please compare. Note that for windows built between 1995 to 1998, the 39-343 is used instead. For new covers and handles, see the 39-152 and 39-286 sold separately.

Excellent! Thanks! (Why I come to SWISCO 1st when I'm looking for stuff like this!!)

I highly doubt the window we're dealing with was built after 1995. From what I've seen in other posts here that operator part is used in several configurations. Bob, drawing you've provided corresponds with what I'm seeing when viewing the entire mechanism: a 9" bar looks right for the size to connect actuator to the slider on the window frame itself.

I'll show your item page description to the company manager tomorrow, look forward to getting approval for ordering up the exact replacement item we need!!
