I see two things here: a pivot bar and a piece of bubble foam weatherstripping. Which one are you looking to replace?

Thanks for shopping with SWISCO.com. I believe you have a Simonton vinyl window, and on the bottom sill you can use our 58-183. Please compare dimensions of the "T" that fits into the groove and the diameter of the bubble. Let us know if you can make that work for you.
