Regency Window Slide Bar

A home owner from CALIFORNIA says:

I have regency windows that open up and down.I measured the window being 35'' and 4/8 long from the inside of the house the slide bar that need replacing is the right side. I want to order 2 of them if possible the slide bar 35'' including the 2 shoes it looks like the shoes are 1'' inch.

Can you help by looking at the pictures I took?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Looks like a 1/2" wide channel balance for non-tilt windows. If your bottom shoe is 1" deep, then I recommend our S351-35.
