Regency vinyl tilt window.

As you can see the pivot lock is broken. I have many that are broken. It looks like a 12-208 to me. Am I correct? Does it matter that the lock is in the back instead of the side? Thank you Rob

Hi Rob. I agree this looks like a 15-208 Pivot Shoe, but just go over the dimensions to confirm it's a match. I'm not entirely sure what you mean about the lock. If you mean the cam, yours in the proper position: it rotates upward when you tilt the sash in. Let us know if you have any questions.
