Thanks for posting! We do not have an exact replacement match for your existing coil balance shoe but our 15-191 Heavy Duty Pivot Shoe should work well as a suitable replacement. Please double check the dimensions to ensure that this will be a fit for your repairs.

This shoe uses the 1/2" thick Series 160 Coil Balance. To determine which coil you need for your assemblies, you'll need to look for any stamps/markings on the metal. If there are none or they are hard to read, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash and divide that number by the total number of coils in the window; in your case two.

You may also need the 15-150S Coil Single Support.
