Regency windows parts

A home owner from Hanover, MA says:
Hi, I have a house with a bunch of regency tilt in double hung windows. On the majority of them the pot metal piece that the peg on the window goes into is broken. Do you have a replacement solution for this?

Thanks

Vin

Hello! Looks like the cam on the pivot shoe is broken. Assuming that's all you need, then you should consider our 15-208. This looks to match your original. You may just want to remove it from the window to confirm that everything lines up with our part.

Hopefully that's all you need, but if you did need the balance then let me know. Yours is a special custom assembly so I'll have a lot of homework for you if you want to pursue that. just let me know!
