Regular cabinet door hinge

This is my current cabinet door hinge. I want to replace them with soft close/self close hinges. 45 mm screw distance, 3/8 inch deep pan, 2 3/4 inch full length.
Options?

Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact match for this hinge. However, our 32-353 is similar and would be worth considering. Unfortunately, we do not carry a soft-closing version of this hinge. We can't make any guarantees but look over the specifications shown on our product page to see what you think.
