Perhaps you may have some luck going with our 32-030 rear drawer guide as a replacement. Take a look and see if this part will work for you.

Your 32-030 just arrived today. It is a perfect fit for Reiss R-26. Draw now works better than new. Thank you Tim for your help and for getting the part to me so fast.

Hello! We have received many reports from customers in the past who said that the 32-030 worked well as a replacement for the old R-26. If you want to give it a shot, you may place an order directly on our site at your convenience.

Thanks for considering us and please let me know if we can be of any further assistance.

I came across this thread looking to replace some slides on a dresser for my daughers nursery and Amazon had some but none seemed to match my measurements. I saw the comments on here confirming they matched the r-26 ones I have. Just ordered some!

So stoked I landed at SWISCO and on this thread. I too have a busted Reiss R-26 so I'll definitely get a couple of your 32-030's. But here's the thing, in my case the guide was used for a top-mount rail (i.e., NOT underneath the drawer) and they had nailed through the flanges/ledge to the top of the rear of the drawer but only stapled though 3 holes into the back wall of the drawer (on the inside of the drawer); the flanges/ledge have broken off and staples can't seem to hold the weight of the drawer (and keep popping out) Just to confirm, there are no holes in the flange/ledge in your 32-030, correct? (I assume, these are usually used for under-drawer rails, and thus the flange/ledge isn't load bearing, but simply used to rest the drawer on). Regardless, I'll need some screws (don't want to staple), do you know what screw # I should use? e.g., a #6, or #8? the rear drawer wall is 3/4" thick. Thanks in advance?

There are no holes in the flange, no. The 32-030 also isn't typically used to carry the full weight of a drawer like that; they're explicitly meant for undermount track applications. It sounds like someone might have used it as a repair part for your drawer in error at some point in the past, and the guide reached its breaking point.

As for screw size, we recommend a #6.
