Hey Sam. Take a look at our selection of Sash Release Levers here. The most crucial dimension is the size of the prongs on the underside, as well as the distance between them. Review our selection and see if you think one of these might be what you need. Let me know what you find.

The prongs certainly look similar; do the dimensions we list match up? Remember, the length and size of the prongs, as well as the distance between them, is what matters. If so, then I agree the 26-119 seems promising.
