Thank you for reaching out to us. We'd be happy to see if we can help with this balance but we'll need more information to do so. Can you show us the shoe or attachment that goes with this assembly? A photo of the clip attachment at the end of the pulley cord may be helpful as well.

It had a clip on top and the bottom cord was broke. It had a metal pies they slide into the slide mechanism in the window frame
