Reliabilt? Pivot Shoe and Balance

A quick learner from St. Louis, MO says:
I have several of these exact same windows in my home, with several broken pivot shoes. Is there a way to identify the part I need so I can order replacements for all of the other windows in my home? Other than being a little tight when they rotate, these pivot shoes work great. The other shoes in the house are broken apart and don't hold up the windows at all. Thank you in advance.

Paul from SWISCO responded:

Greetings. From your photos, it appears you have the 15-180 pivot shoe that uses Series 152 coil springs. There is a number stamped on the spring that should tell you the spring weights you need; or you can weigh the sash, give us that exact weight, and we can figure the correct coil spring weight stamped. For the sashes not working, you either need to replace the broken pivot shoe or coil spring, or both if both components are damaged.
