This is a roller out of my Reliabilt sliding glass door. It has a V marking stamped on one side (see photos).

Thank you for reaching out to us. Our 81-030 and 81-095 were the first rollers to come to mind. Take a look at the dimensions and see how they compare with your old roller.

Hi, can I order both and return the one that doesn't work? I'll pay for return shipping. I already reinstalled the old/failed roller in my door, so that it can remain pseudo functional in the meantime. it's a pain to remove the door, remove the failed roller, and reinstall it again if I don't absolutely have to.
