Remove Door From Rail

The bottom guide assembly (which resembles our 23-215) has a locking fin that keeps it in the track. While someone is holding the door up, slide a putty knife against the nylon guide to release it from the track. That should allow you to swing the door in to unhook the top rollers from the track.
