Removing a 10-561 latch

A handy person from Clever missouri says:
How does a person remove a concealed twist type latch that is loose to repair or replace? It is very loose and will not lock the door but I can't get the latch apart or see how to remove it.
Thanks for the help, Ken

Hey, Ken. Thanks for contacting us. Unfortunately, there's no simple way to get these latches out. You see, once they're installed, they aren't meant to come apart. You will have to drill it out.
