Removing the Closet Doors

The bottom roller is a 23-225. We are having troubles removing the doors are there any instructions or videos that you can share. Thank You.

Hello,

Your bottom roller should have an anti jump hook that locks onto the bottom track. While raising the door, you'll need to press the putty knife against the hooks to release the roller from the track. Give it a try and let us know if you need anything else.
