Renewal by Andersen trim

Not sure if this is weatherstripping or glazing. It comes in a stiff length that must be cut. My windows are Andersen Renewal casements from. 2009 . One serial number is 199946001. The exterior flange is disintegrating

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we can't be sure of what you need based on your photos. To get started, we'd need to see an end profile photo of an intact piece of the seal fully removed from the window. Thank you!
