Rengency double hung window. Window balance assembly

Both my coils on each assembly broke, I would like to replace both window assemblys, thank you.

Thanks for posting. Your pivot shoe looks like our 15-191. This is compatible with our Series 160 Coil Springs. These are 1/2" wide, so confirm that your springs have the same width. Judging from your stamp number, you would need the S160-7, which is for 7.5 lbs of weight support per coil. Let us know if you have any other questions.
