Repair Parts for Window

Question

I caanot seem to locate repair parts for this broken balance. I am sure it will have to be substituted because the spring alone has not beenlocated on your web site. Spiral spring surrounded by a 29” tube with a clip internal to the spring at the top. This all screws into the frame through the white tube and clip at the top of the spring. Window weighs approx. 16.2 lbs..

Your window uses either the Series 900 with a 3/8" diameter tube or the Series 600 with a 5/8" diameter tube. You will need to measure the diameter of the original white tube to confirm the correct series.

Once you determine the correct series, review the 29 inch product page to match up the window weight with the top color to confirm the right spring strength.

Do you need a new pivot shoe as well? If so, we will need to know the width and thickness of the original shoe. Let me know if you have any additional questions!
