Repair haas drawer bracket

The plastic/urethane end of the right drawer bracket cracked into three pieces. I need a replacement part or the entire bracket assembly. Best I can tell the whole assembly number is 00045-51, 6603/582/cl-cr/AI. Stamped into plastic/urethane end bracket Pat# 4930739. I tried to include a picture of the part I need.

Hello,
Take a look at our 32-119 bracket pair. This appears to be the closest match we have depending on the height and width of the slide opening compared to the dimensions below. Also, please note that our part screws to the back of the cabinet. Take a look and see what you think.
