Repair of Tilt Window Double Hung Vinyl Window Right Hand Side Balane

Greetings,

The nylon cord for the right hand side of the balance on a tilt double hung vinyl window is disconnected. I need either to get a tool for reconnecting the parts or to get new replacement parts. I was not able to find the brand name for the window. Please find attached three photos which should help you to determine the brand name. Also, the attached photos give closeup views of the problem.

Thanks for posting, John. When you say the cord disconnected, do you mean it snapped or just that the metal clip separated form the shoe? If the latter, you could just use a tool like our 75-005 to pull it back down in position. See the video below for more information.
