Repair of my pivot windows

Thanks for writing in! The tilt window hardware you're looking to replace are the spiral balance and pivot shoe. I'm confident we have the replacements you need, but I'll need more details to identify them. 

For the balances, I'll need the length and diameter of the tube as described in the video tutorial below. To identify the shoes, I'll need to know the width and thickness (front to back).
