Repair parts for a window balance

Photos one and two are a damaged piece photo three is one that's in place operating properly.

Hello, thanks for writing in. I'm afraid we don't carry a replacement for just the plastic piece you show here. However, we may be able to assist if you are interested in replacing the balance as a whole. If so, we would need to see the entire balance assembly undamaged and removed from the window. Thanks!
