I moved into this house recently, and while the windows don't have an identifying sticker, I see a box upstairs that has some screens in it and it has an MW Windows label. This house was built in 2005, and I believe these are the original windows.
I have two windows that have some issues, but I THINK I only need a balance shoe. The springs in the balance seem ok. Can I spray those with WD-40, while I have them pulled out of the track?
So I have two windows, each of which has one broken shoe, so I'm thinking I need your 15-194 part. I believe the part number of the existing part is 4610108. All the measurements seem to match up. Here are some pics...

I agree with your assessment, this looks just like our 15-194 T-Lock Shoe. If the balances are undamaged there's no need for new ones, you can just swap out the shoes. The video below shows how.
