Hello I have a broken latch on windows in my home . I was able to pull AX7164 off a window screen to identify. Just looking to make sure I order correct parts. i am able to include photos as well.

Hello there. Could you send photos of the hardware in question? That would be the best way of narrowing this down.

Thank you. This appears to be a casement window lock. The lever cannot be repaired, unfortunately, so you will need an all new lock entirely.

I'm confident we can help, but we have to see the entire lock assembly out of the window. Too many important details are obscured so long as it's installed. In the meantime, you can see our full selection here.

Thanks! This looks like it could be a match for either the 38-095 or 38-096, depending on the projection of the lock. Review our dimensions to verify the better option.
