Repair/replacement of double hung vinyl window mechanism

Question

Window was installed during construction of our home 25 years ago.  F04738.01 is the number on the sash.  We have purchased a Certainteed Pivot Shoe but believe we need a balance spring and balance support.  We have not been able to verify the parts to order.

Unfortunately we are not able to cross reference the number provided to confirm if a Certainteed pivot shoe is the correct fit for your window. Are you able to show us pictures of the original hardware in the window channel? From there we can try to get a clearer understanding. Thank you!
