Need to replace two window cranks identical to the attached pictures.

Good afternoon,

Based on the pictures you sent us, we would recommend either the 39-375 or the 39-376 as replacement options

One thing our parts experts did want to make sure was included was that your spline has a diameter of 11/32"

If you happen to need a new operator, we would need to see pictures of that out of the window as well as the dimensions of the link arm(s)

I purchased 39-375 and 39-376 as recommended in my discussion D134351. The handle will not fit over the stem even with the set screw backed out. It looks like my old bore is just slightly larger. Note the original handle has black tape on it in my photo. My operator resembles your Entrygard operator but the plate that screws to the sill is only half of yours. What folding handle and cover kit can I use?

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry to hear it didn't work. I'm shocked it didn't; your original operator looks like it could be Truth brand, and Truth only uses an 11/32" spline for its handles. Can you tell me the exact diameter of the old handle? Can you also show me a photo of the old operator out of the window? If I can identify the operator, then I can tell you what kind of handle it uses. I just need to see it out; there is too much obstruction as long as it's still in the window.
