A home owner from Salinas, California says:
Looking to replace 2 no tilt window side load channel balances + 2 top sash guides for aluminum windows installed in house in '90s - locks have "Viking" name (likely same HD used to carry then but no longer in business so no OEM parts)
Code on 29" x 9/16" balance: 2830 BSI CN
Top sash guides appear to be whitish colored plastic that measure about 5/8" wide by 1 13/16" long with top 7/8" wide by 5/8" deep
Window sash is about 30" tall by 34" wide

Let's start off with your top sash guide. Take a close look at our 18-064. Review our measurements to see if they are a match with yours. As for your channel balance, yours look very similar to both our S351-29 and S390-29. These look identical with the exception of the bottom balance shoe. Compare the depth of your bottom balance to each balance's shoe (shown exactly how in the diagram below) to determine which balance would make the better replacement. Whichever one you decide will go with a 2830  option.

Thanks - foot closest to S351-29 (2830).
As for top sash guide looks like length is too short for suggested18-064 (1") whereas existing part length here is 1 13/16", so would best choice be 18-115 ?

If your measurements match up better to the 18-115 top sash guide, then you should be ok to go with using it as a replacement.
