Replace 27 inch Window Sash Balance

Please help me identify the Balance I need to replace my broken Balance
Please note that the shoe does not appear to be broken it is just that size.

Hello,

Your 27" sideload balance is a special weight balance system. We recognize the nylon top balance fitting as our 19-005 but you show a broken bottom fitting, which is very important. We need to see a good bottom fitting, as well as the depth to identify a replacement for your balance system. Thank you!

Great, take a look and compare our S395-27 channel balance. I would recommend you weigh your sash to determine which strength option you'll need. There is a chart on the product page that explains how to choose your option based on the sash weight. Thanks for posting!
