Replace Awning Window Opener

On the underside of the arm, it has the number 40008. On the underside of the crank mechanism, it has the word "truth", "made in the USA" and the number 45002. I'm replacing this whole mechanism. I'm guessing I need the opening mechanism, the hook mounted on the window and the crank. The photos I submitted show the dimensions. The window it's on is about 38 inches wide and 21 inches tall.

We have a home inspection this Wednesday, June 19th because we are selling our home. I'm sure I will have a limited number of days to get this Window fixed after Wednesday. Please get back to me as soon as possible so I can get the correct part ordered. Thanks! Scott

Hi there Scott. Thanks for reaching out to us. The 39-083 crank comes to mind. This looks like the part you're searching for. Have a look at the specifications and see how they compare with yours.
We don't have the hook or the track though. This type of operator uses a bracket like the 39-170 or 39-177. The video below will go over the replacement process.
