Replace Cabinet Door Hindges With Soft Close

I would like to replace my existing kitchen cabient door hinfges with soft close.

Take a look at our 32-349 soft close hinge set. This might work on your cabinets, but you will need to make new holes since the screw hole spacing is different. Also take a look at the 32-006 soft close adapter.
