Replace Channel Balance

A home owner from 90717 says:

non tilt window. channel length 22', channel width 1/2'. Marking 21-1.

possible 380 or 385 series? bottom shoes is nearly one inch, 14/16'. The top and the bottom shoe are winged.

I am unsure what to order.

Actual channel width 9/16'. Channel depth is 5/8'

I think the top is 19-005

And the bottom shoe piece is 15-005

Can you confirm or exclude this choice

Thanks

Thanks for writing in. Is there another balance that you can measure the bottom nylon shoe depth with? It's possible the shoe on this balance has just worn down, in which case the 15-005 1" shoe is what you need, and therefore the S380-22 Balance with a stamp option of 2110 will work for you. If the shoe depth is in fact closer to 7/8" though, then you might need a balance fitted with our 15-029 7/8" deep shoe instead. We can provide this for you, but it will have to be custom made. Let us know if that's the case and we'll get that going for you. Many thanks.
