I need 8 channel balances for the attached metal windows. The house was built in 1980 and these are the original windows. I can't find a brand name on them. They do not tilt out. The only markings of the balances is 2830. They measure 30 inches long.
Can you help me?

Hello,
It looks like you have either our S351-29, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-29, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need a 2830 spring strength option for your replacement balances. Thank you!
