Replace Channel Balances

Question

Hello Swisco,
Would you please help me identify what part/parts to order for my windows.
The metal channel is 21" long
The shoe is 1 1/8"
Channel is stamped 2040G
I need the entire set up. New channel, spring etc

Thanks for posting. If the bottom shoe has a depth of 1-1/8", then this is an S390-21 Channel Balance. See the diagram below just to double-check. For a stamp option go with 2040. Let me know if you have further questions!
