Replace IWC Handle for Sliding Door Window

I need to replace the IWC handle for my sliding door window. It is possible to order this part. A photo is attached. How easy is it to replace the handle? The handle has key lock on the outside to lock the sliding window door.

Take a look at our 82-030 handle set with 3-15/16" hole spacing and see how the product specifications compare to yours. If it's a match, the replacement process is fairly straightforward. Thanks for posting!
