I will really appreciate if you can walk me thru the process on how to replace the jalousie louver set because I been call in around to have some fix my window and they either too expensive or they don't know how to fix my window.

Hey, Brenda. There's a good reason why you're having trouble finding someone who can install these, and that's because it's a hassle. The short of it is, these are pop-riveted onto the window. The long of it is, every jalousie window ever made seemed to use a different type of louver. Every manufacturer, from region to region and decade to decade, had a different design for these things. Even if you successfully riveted ours into your window, there is no guarantee that they will work.
Most companies who made this kind of window just aren't around anymore. Jalousie windows are going the way of the dinosaurs, I'm afraid. That's not to say that ours can't work, just that it might not be ideal.
As for a specific installation guide, I'm afraid we do not have one. Like I said before, I've used a pop-rivet to install them in the past. You might need to use a 3/16" diameter sized rivet, or 1/8" with washers, but I found that the 3/16" worked best. In some cases I had to use a drill to make the holes a little larger to accept the 3/16" size rivet. Make sure not to squeeze the rivet gun handle too tight. You want a little play on the louver so they can open and close.
