Replace Knife Latches

Hello Friends:

I have rusty Andersen Window knife latches that I would like to replace. How can I pull them out without ruining the frame?

Thanks for posting! Unfortunately, removing these knife latches can be very difficult. You will have to bend it away and try to work it back and forth. You just have to be patient and keep at it, and eventually it should come out.
