I need to replace 2 balances with the # 3458 stamped

Greetings! We can certainly help with this. We'll just need a photo of the attachments on the balance, a photo of the stamp on it, and the length of the balance (excluding the top and bottom plastic attachments). Thank you.

The balancer I 18 inches long. The stamp says 17ds 34bsi BX

Thank you for the information. We can replace this balance, but it will have to be a special order. Before we begin, can you tell me if this is for the top or bottom sash? Thank you.

Great, thank you. I will email you an order link and price quote right now for 2. We will be using the Series 385 as a base, since this is the balance you were looking at in our store, but if that's not right let me know and I'd be happy to change it.
