Does 39-195 work to replace a 1992 Marvin casemaster windows lever handle.

I'm not familiar with that window, unfortunately. Your best bet is to check the size of the spline. The 39-195's hole diameter is 7/16". What is the hole diameter for your old handle?

The hole diameter of the old handle is 11/16".

I'm looking to replace this handle with a T-crank handle. Do you know which T-crank handle will fit.

I'm sorry, can you confirm the diameter? I'm not sure if it's 11/16" or 11/32". We don't have anything in 11/16", but our 39-102 is 11/32".
