Replace Lever handle and deadbolt on an existing Gerkin storm door.

Question

Out swinging Gerkin storm door. The lever handle doesn't work very well.
Door is approx 1 1/4 in thick.
Existing holes on inside are approx 1 3/4 in apart. There are 2 sets , one for handle and one for deadbolt.

On the side of the door is a plate that says Gerkin 157456

Thanks for getting in touch with us. Your exact handle set is no longer made, but you could use our 40-058 as a substitute. The shape is a little different but it should still work the same way. We also have the 40-152, but it doesn't have a key lock.
