Replace Locking Handle for Sliding Glass Door....

Question

Hi,
The metal handle to our sliding glass door has cracked near the screws that hold it in place. What would be a suitable replacement part for this? Does the entire mechanism need to be replaced or just slap on a new handle on the inside of the sliding glass door?

Hello there!

We don't sell this exact handle set but take a look at the 82-030. This measures 3-15/16" on the installation hole centers so you'll want to make sure yours does too.

Keep in mind that damage to the handle like this may indicate that the rollers need to be replaced as well. We'd have to see a complete assembly removed from the door to see if we have a comparable match.
