Replace Patio Door Handle/Lock

Hello- I am needing a replacement handle/lock for our sliding door. The original part is from Sash Controls (Ferndale, MI) #2265. Please advise if you need additional information or photos. Thanks-

See our 82-030 and 82-218. Look over the dimensions and see if you could use these as replacements.
